The Problem
You Know Why Podcasting Works. The Question Is Who Has the Time.
A podcast builds authority, generates content, and creates meaningful connections with the clients and partners you want to reach. Every founder knows this.
But between guest coordination, recording setup, editing, show notes, distribution, and promotion, most founder podcasts exhaust after episode three. Because running a production studio cannot be done without an experienced team.
What We Do
Full-Service Production. Zero Founder Overhead.
Podcast Ops handles every stage of your podcast, from guest outreach and recording to editing, distribution, and promotion across social platforms. You have one job: show up for a 30–45 minute conversation, and we do the rest.

What We Handle
Everything Between Your Idea and a Published Episode
Most founders underestimate how much goes into a podcast that actually grows an audience and generates an inbound pipeline. Here is everything Podcast Ops handles so you do not have to.
Pre-Production: Before You Record
Guest research and outreach: We identify and approach the right guests for your goals. You approve every booking before it goes in the calendar.
Scheduling and coordination: We manage all guest scheduling and follow-up so your calendar is never disrupted.
Interview preparation: Before each episode, you receive a tailored document that includes background on your guest, suggested questions, and a clear focus for the conversation based on what your audience needs most.
Recording setup: We handle technical checks before every session so the recording runs cleanly from the first minute.
Production: While You Record
Professional audio editing: Every episode is edited to broadcast standard that includes clean audio, tight pacing, no dead air, and no filler.
Brand sound design: Intro, outro, and transition audio that is consistent across every episode and specific to your show.
Show notes and timestamps. Written show notes and chapter markers that make each episode searchable, shareable, and easy to navigate.
Post-Production: After You Record
Multi-platform distribution: Publish to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and all major platforms within 72 hours of recording.
Short video clips for social media: Key moments cut into short-form video for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, extending each episode’s reach beyond the podcast feed.
Email and LinkedIn promotion: Episode promotion is written and scheduled across your owned channels to ensure each episode reaches your existing audience on release day.
Performance analytics: A monthly report showing downloads, listener retention, top episodes, and audience growth, so you know what is working and what to do more of.
Pricing
Podcast Ops offers custom pricing based on your show format, episode frequency, and the scope of production required. There are no standard packages because no two shows have identical needs.
In your strategy session, we will map out exactly what your show requires and give you a detailed proposal within 48 hours.

About Podcast Ops
Built by a Founder. Run for Founders.
I started Podcast Ops because I watched too many good founders launch podcasts with genuine intent and real things to say, only to quietly disappear from their own feeds by episode four.
The issue I came across was the time constraint, and not everything could be handled single-handedly. For instance, editing takes hours, and guest coordination requires at least 2 hours. Further, show notes, distribution, social clips, and analytics compound fast into a second full-time job that no founder signed up for.
I built Podcast Ops to solve that specific problem. Not to help founders sound good on a microphone, because they already do. But to make sure that once a founder decides to show up, everything else is handled so they actually keep showing up.
What This Means for You
- Your show sounds consistent and professional from episode one.
- Your audience grows because distribution and promotion are built into every episode.
- Your time investment is only for 30-45 minutes to record a conversation.
- Your podcast becomes a business asset that generates inbound interest, opens doors with guests, and builds the kind of authority that advertising cannot buy.
One Thing I Will Not Do
I will not take on a show I do not believe in. Before any production begins, I spend time understanding your business, your audience, and what a successful podcast actually looks like for you specifically. If the fit is not right, I will tell you.

From First Conversation to Live Episode
Here Is Exactly What Happens When You Work With Podcast Ops
Week 1: Strategy Session. We spend 30 minutes mapping your podcast goals, ideal audience, and the business outcomes you want the show to drive. You leave with a clear show concept, guest criteria, and a content direction before anything is recorded.
Week 2: Show Build. We set up your show infrastructure, hosting, distribution accounts, brand audio, and episode templates. You approve everything before we go live. Most founders are surprised by how much of this they did not know existed.
Week 3: First Recording. Your first guest is booked, briefed, and confirmed. You receive your interview preparation document 48 hours before the recording.
72 Hours Later: Live. Edited episode, show notes, distribution, and social clips delivered and published. Your podcast is live on every major platform. The next guest is already in the pipeline.
What Ongoing Production Looks Like
After launch, the rhythm is simple. We manage the full production calendar. You receive a briefing document before each recording and a performance report each month. Your only recurring time commitment is the recording itself.
Most clients record once or twice a month. Some records in batches. We work around your schedule.
